  • Requests - once a customer has successfully sent a commission request, you will see a “notification bell” and see the details under “Requests”

  • Discussion (messenger) - this section allows you to chat with your customer and discuss more information about the request.

  • Attachments - you can send attachments for your sample works and/or other reference photos.
